At the worksite - On or about April 12, 2018, employees worked from the floor joists and rafters without the use of a fall protection system, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard up to approximately 27 feet. Dagoberto Torres Aburto was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1209397, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 22, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 145 Waverly Way, Lot # 175, Savannah, GA 31407.
