29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Sodium Hydroxide Fill Pipe - Employees connected a pipe to a container filled with Sodium Hydroxide to transfer the chemical to a container inside the building. The employer did not ensure that an eyewash and shower were provided within the work area when employees were exposed to a corrosive chemical, on or about April 14th, 2018. b) INSPEXX 250 Fill Pipe - Employees connected a pipe to a container filled with INSPEXX 250 to transfer the chemical to a container inside the building. The employer did not ensure that an eyewash and shower were provided within the work area when employees were exposed to a corrosive chemical, on or about April 14th, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Sodium Hydroxide - Employees filling the Sodium Hydroxide were exposed to chemical hazards from not being aware of the effects of the hazardous chemicals they were working with, on or about April 14th, 2018. b) INSPEXX 250 - Employees filling the INSPEXX 250 were exposed to chemical hazards from not being aware of the effects of the hazardous chemicals they were working with, on or about April 14th, 2018.
