29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At 28490 2nd St. Daphne, Alabama: On or about April 18, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 11 feet 3 inches to the ground below.
