The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated under 1926.502(e).    (a) South side of new stairwell - On or about October 17, 2019 the employer failed to ensure that the employee working from the raised aerial lift was using a body belt and lanyard exposing him to struck by and fall hazards.
