OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by the load should the below-the-hook lifting devices fail:    a)  Electrode Factory, Wolverine Oven, Chain Hoist #2, on or about 4/18/18:  A below-the-hook lifting device (hoist bar) attached to a Budgit 1/2 ton overhead hoist, had no rated load capacity markings on it and had not been inspected.    b)  Electrode Factory, Slitter, Chain Hoist #1, on or about 4/18/18:  Two below-the-hook lifting devices (hoist bars) being used on a Budgit 1/2 ton overhead hoist, had no rated load capacity markings on them and had not been inspected.
