29 CFR 1910.1020(g)(1): Upon an employee's first entering into employment, and at least annually thereafter, each employer shall inform current employees covered by this section of the requirements found in (g)((1)(i) through (g)((1)(iii): On or about April 18, 2018, employees were exposed to bentonite clay containing silica and the employer did not inform the employees of the following: a. existence, location, and availability of exposure assessment records for the bentonite clay; b. person responsible for maintaining and providing access to the exposure assessment records; and c. employee's rights of access to the records.
