29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: a) On or about 04/18/2018 - Pouring deck, employees loading the furnaces and transporting molten aluminum from the furnace to the holding furnace have to walk across a railing system used to transport carts back and forth across the pouring deck. The rails stick up and can cause an employee to trip and fall.
