An employee in the lift was standing on the mid-rail while positioning the fixture. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

The employees in the lift did not have harnesses with lanyards attached to the boom or basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
