On April 2, 2018 located at column line 7, between F7 and F5 open web bar joist were being landed by a Link Belt 3210 hydraulic mobile crane without sufficient tag or restraint line in use to prevent hazardous rotation of the bar joist load in that the tag or restraint line being utilized was too short to gain hand control during lowering the joist into place to prevent the potential of uncontrolled rotational joist and the load moving in an hazardous manner.
