29 CFR 1926.754(a): Structural stability shall be maintained at all times during the erection process. On April 2, 2018 located at column line 7, between F7 and F5 while crane setting open web bar joist, a beam placed open bar joist an employee was standing on was not maintained in a structurally stable condition, in that incidental contact form the incoming bar joist caused accidental disengagement of the unsecured bar joist from its location of placement on the beam.

29 CFR 1926.757(b)(3): Except as provided in paragraph (b)(4) of this section, each steel joist shall be attached to the support structure, at least at one end on both sides of the seat, immediately upon placement in the final erection position and before additional joists are placed. On April 2, 2018 located along column line 7 open web bar joist set within the bay were not attached to the support structure with at least at one end on both sides of the seat, immediately upon placement in the final erection position in that multiple open web bar joists were placed in their final erection position without at least at one end on both sides of the seat being attached

29 CFR 1926.1417(w): A tag or restraint line must be used if necessary to prevent rotation of the load that would be hazardous. On April 2, 2018 located at column line 7, between F7 and F5 open web bar joist were being landed by a Link Belt 3210 hydraulic mobile crane without sufficient tag or restraint line in use to prevent hazardous rotation of the bar joist load in that the tag or restraint line being utilized was too short to gain hand control during lowering the joist into place to prevent the potential of uncontrolled rotational joist and the load moving in an hazardous manner.
