29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: 4506 Ambassador Caffery Pkwy, Lafayette, LA: On or about April 19, 2018, on the south side of the job site, two employees were working from a JLG aerial lift without fall protection. The employees were installing plywood to the side of the building.
