29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: (a) SUNNY LANE FOODS FACILITY, PRODUCTION AREA - Employees assembled and packed food items in the production area using plant machinery that included the PFM 30 Super Flow Wrappers, and the pancake and waffle packing machines, and the employer had not provided the employee(s) with affected employee lock out tag out training, on or about March 30, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
