29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area. a) 230 North College Street, Lebanon, PA 17078 - On or about November 6, 2024, employees in the Smokehouse work area were exposed to carbon monoxide from wood burning and were not trained on the hazards associated with the chemical at the time of their initial assignment. b) 230 North College Street, Lebanon, PA 17078 - On or about November 6, 2024, employees in the Production work area were working in and around piping containing ammonia and were not trained on the hazards associated with the chemical at the time of their initial assignment. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
