29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) AAA Waterproofing, at 4595 14th St., Boulder, CO 80022: On and before April 20, 2018, the exposing employer failed to ensure that employees performing work off balconies 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected from falls by an adequate fall protective system. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of 10 feet and greater.
