29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On or about April 17, 2018: On a 6:12 pitch roof seven Martin Serrano Remodeling LLC employees were observed moving and installing roof trusses and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure, the employees moving the roof trusses were exposed to a 34-feet fall hazard and the employees installing the roof trusses were exposed to a 15-feet fall hazard.   b) On or about April 16, 2018: On a 6:12 pitch roof an Elite Construction & Associates LLC employee was observed installing fascia's and was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure, the employee was exposed to a 34-feet fall hazard.  c) On or about April 17, 2018: An Elite Construction & Associates LLC employee was observed installing bracing elements to roof trusses was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure, the employee was exposed to a 34-feet fall hazard.  d) On or about April 17, 2018: On a 6:12 pitch roof an Elite Construction & Associates LLC employee was observed installing roof sheathing and was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure, the employee was exposed to a 34-feet fall hazard.  e) On or about April 17, 2018: On a 6:12 pitch roof an Elite Construction & Associates LLC employee was observed cutting wood and was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure, the employee was exposed to a 34-feet fall hazard.  f) On or about April 17, 2018: An Elite Construction & Associates LLC employees was observed installing bracing elements and was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure, the employee was exposed to a 12-feet fall hazard.  g) On or about April 17, 2018: On a 6:12 pitch roof a Superior Framing LMT LLC  employees was observed cutting wood and the employee was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure, the employee was exposed to a 13-feet fall hazard.
