29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a)  A & J Construction, at 1299 N. Knox Ct., Denver, CO 80204: On and before April 16, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employees performing framing operations with an unprotected side or edge greater than 6 feet or more above a lower levels were protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards from wall openings when using pneumatic nail guns on the second floor of this new stick-frame building.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet.
