29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a.  On or about April 24, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, at more than 11 feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.     No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

On or about April 24, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, the portable ladder used to access the roof did not extend at least three (3') feet above the upper landing surface, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with falls.
