Employees were exposed to health effects such as eye irritation or damage, respiratory irritation, skin irritation and skin sensitization.  Whitehall Lansing II, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1260462, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on January 8, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 410 S. Lake St., Whitehall, MI 49461.
