29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about April 19, 2018 and times prior thereto, the procedures for the Emhart 6-Section Single Glass Blowing machine were not developed with enough specificity to protect employees engaged in maintenance activities that include, but not limited to, retrieving dropped tools when changing molds. This condition exposed employees to caught in moving machinery hazards and amputation hazards.
