29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): A Log of all recordable work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA From 300 or equivalent), was not completed in detail as required by the regulation: Arkansas Glass Container Corporation located at 516 West Johnson Ave Jonesboro, AR 72401: On or about November 14, 2023, the OSHA 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses for calendar year 2023 was not completed in the detail required in that: a) On November 14, 2023, an employee was moving charger unit on a dolly, caught a finger between the pipe and lifting attachment point on the charger unit resulting in an amputation and days away from work. The description of the injury did not include the object/substance that directly injured the employee and an estimated number of days away.
