The slope of the roof was approximately 4 in 12 (vertical to horizontal). The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately 16 feet to the ground below while working on the roof.

29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): Employees were allowed to work on surfaces which did not have the requisite strength and structural integrity: a) Jobsite, 440 Roy Furman Highway, Wind Ridge, PA 15380: On or about April 12, 2018, an employee was removing metal roofing from a one story building while standing on a purlin. The purlin gave way causing the employee to fall approximately 13 feet to the ground below.
