29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) The employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when conducting EIFS work from the roof of a commercial building. (b) The employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when transitioning from the platform of an aerial lift to the roof system of a commercial building in order to perform EIFS work. Hetzel-Sanfilippo, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1037047, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on June 30, 2015, with respect to a workplace location at 11111 Burleigh St., Wauwatosa, WI 53222.
