29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At the construction site located at 2410 Rangeline Drive in Joplin, Missouri: Employees engaged in roofing activities from a 10:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet from the eave of the roof to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.

29 CFR 1926.501(c): When employees were exposed to falling objects the employer did not require employees to wear hard hats and did not implement measures to prevent objects from falling from higher levels as set forth in (c)(1)-(3) of this section: At the construction site located at 2410 Rangeline Drive in Joplin, Missouri: Employees working below employees working at heights were exposed to struck-by hazards in that employees at the lower levels were not provided hard hats.
