29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about May 15, 2018 and at times prior, six employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet while working on the first level roof of a two-story residential house. The employees were not protected by a fall protection system. The employees were wearing a personal fall arrest system but were not tied off. MP Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1283855, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/07/18, with respect to a workplace located at 6284 Twin Oaks Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80918.
