Location: a) In the jobsite at 664 New York Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11203 On or about 05/03/18, there were electrical panels covered with cardboards on the wall with electrical live parts and wiring exposed. Employees were exposed to electric shock hazard. Contact Electric Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1236522, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/22/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1460 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11216
