Location: 1178 47th Street, Brooklyn NY On or about 3/26/2019 NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19. Contact Electric Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.403(i)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1313896, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/26/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 200 Linden Blvd, Brooklyn, NY.
