29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) At 600 West Interstate 65 Service Rd South Mobile, Alabama (Electric Sign Area): On or about April 12, 2018, and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee(s) to work from an aerial lift platform replacing an electric sign module without wearing a personal fall arrest system (PFAS) or being tied off to the approved "lanyard anchor point" exposing employees to catapult hazards and fall hazards of approximately seventeen (17) feet to the concrete or ground below.
