29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) At 3650 Airport Blvd Mobile, Al (Far Southeast Front: Canopy Area): On or about October 30, 2018, and at times prior; controlling employer failed to ensure the exposed employee(s) of the subcontractor Horner Construction, LLC were wearing hard hats to perform sheet metal work activities at, near and beneath an elevated Genie S-65 boom aerial lift basket; exposing employee(s) to struck-by hazards from falling or flying materials and tools.
