29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. A) Building exterior, in a lift: An employee was working in a JLG lift and was not tied off. The employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 50 feet, on or about March 8th, 2018. Architectural Metal Concepts was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1062554, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 26th, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 11 Smith Street in Englewood, NJ.
