29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. 600 Somerset Corporate Blvd., Bridgewater, NJ - West Elevation The employer did not ensure that employees elevated in an aerial lift baskets were attached to the basket using a fall harness and lanyard. Employees engaged in commercial construction activities were elevated in a Skyjack, SJ66T aerial lift without the use of fall protection. Violation observed on or about June 3, 2019 Architectural Metal Concepts was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1062554, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 26, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 11 Smith St., Englewood, NJ 07631
