29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Meat Grinder - Employees operated a Hobart meat grinder, model MG1532 Serial Number 7-1175-310 with a lid interlock switch that was not working. An employee opened the lid to clean out meat and was injured by the rotating auger, on or about April 30th, 2018. No abatement certification or documentation required.
