29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: On or about 05-10-2018 and times prior thereto, located at the P-166-Mobile Comm Detachment Support Facility Project at JEB Little Creek-Fort Story, Virginia Beach, VA 23459, Employee(s) were exposed to electrical and fire hazards from a temporary electrical extension cord that was plugged into a second temporary electrical extension cord in a "daisy-chained" fashion supplying 110 VAC electrical current to portable 2 inch sump pump. Located directly behind the Fire Station. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
