Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.       Cox Construction of North East Florida, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10),which was contained in OSHA inspection number 958922, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 17, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 321 A1A Beach Boulevard Saint Augustine, FL 32080.
