29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a. On or about May 10, 2018, employees were engaged in re-roofing activities at the worksite located at 724 Nicolet Blvd on Doty Island, and were working without any method of conventional fall protection.  The employees were exposed to approximately nine foot falls to lower level.      JJ Roofing Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 992658, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on October 21, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 648 Waldo Blvd. Manitowoc, Wisconsin 54221.    JJ Roofing Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1148957, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 22, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1694 Rexford Street, Appleton, Wisconsin 54914.    JJ Roofing Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1208114, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 14, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 726 East College Street, Appleton, Wisconsin 54911.
