29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section. a) Jobsite: North side of structure, 2nd floor, wall opening of unit with west exterior wall facing N 17th St - Employees conducting framing operations approximately 10 feet above the lower level were not protected by the use of a fall protection system. b) Jobsite: Tower facing N 16th Street - Employees conducting framing operations approximately 50 feet above ground level were not protected by the use of a fall protection system. c) Jobsite: South side of structure, narrow wall openings between balconies - Employees conducting framing operations approximately 10 and 20 feet above ground level were not protected by the use of a fall protection system. Noted on or about 4/27/18.
