29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing operations on the second level of the building were protected by a fall protection system, thus exposing them to fall hazards of 9 feet to the lower level. b) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing operations on the third level of the building were protected by a fall protection system, thus exposing them to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet to the ground below. This condition was observed on/about 04 APR 2018. G&A Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1242920, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/09/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2649 Amber Street Philadelphia PA, 19125.
