This condition was observed on/about 04 APR 2018.    G&A Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1242920, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/09/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2649 Amber Street Philadelphia PA, 19125.
