29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) East wall of the Electrical Shop: A Leviton relocatable power tap designed and listed to provide power to high concentrations of low powered loads such as computers, printers, TV's, radios, etc. was instead used to provide power to high powered loads such as: a Hamilton Beach microwave oven. b) East wall of the Plumbing Shop: A Sentry relocatable power tap designed and listed to provide power to high concentrations of low powered loads such as computers, printers, TV's, radios, etc. was instead used to provide power to high powered loads such as: a Kenmore refrigerator. c) West wall of the Clean Storage Room: A relocatable power tap of unknown manufacture designed and listed to provide power to high concentrations of low powered loads such as computers, printers, TV's, radios, etc. was instead used to provide power to high powered loads such as: a Halo mini-refrigerator. 29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: a) West wall of the Clean Storage Room (Room number C130): Four portable (4) Sanitaire Blowers used by employees to remove moisture from floors were all found to be missing the ground pins. b) West wall of the Clean Storage Room (Room number C130): A Halo mini-refrigerator was found to missing the ground pin. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
