29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). a) 5011 State Route 31, Clay, NY, On or about 5/16/18: Employees were performing roofing work on a 7/12 pitch roof that contained a 10 foot 3 inch fall distance without using Personal Fall Protection Equipment. The J Reid Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) ,which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1110125, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/26/16 with respect to a workplace located at 26 Hopkins Rd, Liverpool, NY.
