29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven 7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed. On or about May 14, 2018, the side panels of the dough roller/divider machine were taken off while being troubleshooted exposing employees to moving parts and in going nip points because sprocket wheels and chains were not enclosed.
