29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s Production area - On or about November 27, 2018, the Werner-PF Leiberer #4 dough divider machine was not adequately guarded, in that, the machine is allowed to be activated with the hood in the open position during operating cycle. Employees were thereby exposed to injuries associated with inadequately guarded point of operation.
