29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident. Employees working at the facility located at 181 Front St, Scott City Ks, were exposed to electrical shock in that the disconnect located on the Southwest area of the elevator known as bin 1 was not legibly marked to indicate and arranged so the purpose is evident.
