On or about 05-08-2018 and times prior thereto, located at Joint Expeditionary Base, Amphibious Drive and Grapple Road Little Creek, VA 23459, Pier LOUA #2 Spiral 4 Support Project, employee(s) were exposed to unguarded and unprotected fall hazards greater than eight (8) feet high when working on top of a static training display platform fabricated between two connex type container boxes. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
