29 CFR 1918.97(e)(1): The employer did not ensure that there was in the vicinity of each vessel being worked, at least one U.S. Coast Guard approved 30-inch life-ring with no less than 90 feet of line attached: (a) on or about 5/17/2018, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to cold water exposure, in that the employer did not ensure that the life ring had 90 feet of line attached.
