29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(vi): The employer did not require that the operator of crane(s) avoid carrying loads over people: On or about 5/16/17, the employer failed to ensure that employees that were tasked with stacking the vehicle scales were not under the loads. Employees were placing a 6" x 6" piece of lumber between the stack of scales on the ground, and the scale being lowered by the EMH 20 ton crane.
