29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. Location - 311 Lowell Street, Andover, MA 01810. New parking garage. On or about May 16, 2018, employer did not conduct frequent or regular inspection of the job site that would of identified a fall hazard of an employee working at a height greater than nine feet above lower level.
