29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. On or about May 8, 2018 at 101 Industrial Park Road, Monticello, Georgia, where the injection molds produce plastic buckets and lids and there were electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic sources, procedures were not developed protect the employees performing service or maintenance on the molds.
