29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(viii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards based on other factors that contribute to the practical safeguarding of persons using or likely to come in contact with the equipment: a) 450 Old Niskayuna Road, Latham, NY - on May 22, 2018, and at times prior, magnet coils that have undergone high voltage testing retained hazardous levels of voltage (over 50 volts d.c.), which exposed wirer employees to electrical shock.
