29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about May 22, 2018, at a roofing site construction site located at 6208 N.W. 154th Terrace in Edmond, OK, employees were observed working on a steep pitch roof without fall protection, exposing the employees to the hazard of falls. Ochoa Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 956377, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 20, 2014 with a final abatement date of February 4, 2014, with respect to a workplace hazard located at 6005 N.W. Expressway in Oklahoma City, OK 73142.
