29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) JFA Main Single Tube and Baffle Robot; On or about February 13, 2018 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to amputation hazards while operating the JFA Main Single Tube and Baffle Robot, in that the employer failed to ensure that guarding was present to prevent employees from placing their hands inside the danger zone during the operating cycle.
