OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed a fall and struck-by hazards: a) Jobsite - On or about, and at times prior to May 21, 2018, employees standing on a 4 X 8 plywood attached to a JLG 6042, Rough Terrain forklift were being elevated by the forklift order to transition onto the 5 and 12 pitch roof. Employees were exposed to struck-by and fall hazards up to about 15 feet.
