OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to fall hazards:    a.) On or about May 24, 2018, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards while using the platform on the Yale forklift. Employees are required to use the platform to perform maintenance activities such as turning the water off to water lines and are exposed to falls in that the platform is attached to the mast with a broken latch on the chain, and no midrail on one side with broken metal grating.
